Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a primary school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and enjoys helping children overcome barriers to learning.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, assist pupils with additional learning needs, and work closely with teachers to implement individual strategies while promoting independence and positive behaviour.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable.
  • A calm, patient and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to individual pupil needs.
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education.
  • A positive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities
