Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of welcoming primary schools. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities to fit around your availability.

You will work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Aspire People is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

The Role

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential.
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support where required.
• For SEN roles, support children with additional needs, helping them access learning in a positive and inclusive environment.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience working with children is essential.
• A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or willingness to obtain one.
