Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Oxfordshire to support students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You will work in a small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact. The role involves tailored in-class and out-of-class support, differentiation of activities, and collaboration with SEN staff to monitor progress and promote

• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above).
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards).
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Experience with SEMH and/or ASD.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant inOxfordto join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.
