Job summary

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Oxford. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEN, assisting with differentiated activities, and helping create an inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions and provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils, contributing to their wellbeing and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN in school or educational settings.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability and genuine passion for helping children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools Oxford

Pay:£95-!00 Per Day
Contract:Long Term

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
• Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
• Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
