Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Oxfordshire to support students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You will work in a small-class setting, helping students develop academically, socially and emotionally. You will provide tailored support, help with differentiated activities, support communication and independence, monitor progress, liaise with staff, and promote an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards)
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Experience with SEMH and/or ASD

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to students in and out of the classroom

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant inOxfordto join a specialist independent day school supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.

You'll work in a supportive, small-class environment, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally while making a meaningful impact.
