Job summary

Winner Education is recruiting a qualified Teaching Assistant to support students at a Telford SEN/PRU secondary school from September. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping with learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

The role requires Level 2/3 TA qualification and experience with secondary students; experience with SEN or challenging behaviour is desirable. You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff in a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is essential.
• Experience with secondary-aged students.
• Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour is desirable.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Patient, resilient and supportive approach.
