Qualifications

• Experience with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
• Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.
