Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing IEPs and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
• Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support each student's progress.
