Qualifications

• Previous experience with children or young people with SEN.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in special education.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom.
• Deliver engaging and accessible learning activities with teachers.
• Assist with implementing IEPs and support strategies.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
• Support students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupil progress reviews.
