Job summary

New Bridge School (Roman Road Campus) within New Bridge Multi Academy Trust in Oldham is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant Level 3 for fixed term and permanent posts. The role supports pupils with complex needs across Main Body and Autism Base.

Location: Oldham. 32 hours per week, term time only. Collaboration with classroom teachers and specialists to deliver tailored interventions and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people with complex needs in education.
• Ability to support learning in SEN settings with a dedicated group.
• Willingness to participate in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support lessons and transitions in Main Body with up to 13 pupils and up to two TAs.
• Assist with achieving educational objectives, EHC outcomes and well‑being.
• Work in Autism Base with groups up to seven pupils and up to four TAs; manage plans and interventions.
