Protocol Education are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support hearing-impaired pupils in a busy, inclusive school in the LS17 area. The role focuses on enabling access to learning and developing independence through supported practice.
You will work one-to-one and in small groups, use British Sign Language to facilitate communication, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to promote pupil engagement.
Do you have experience supporting hearing-impaired pupils and knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL)?

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
