Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Southfields, South West London, is seeking a dedicated BSL Teaching Assistant to support pupils who use British Sign Language. The role is full-time, long-term, with daily rates of £92.63–£100.

You will work with hearing-impaired pupils, facilitate communication between students and staff, and help with individual learning plans. A Level 2+ BSL qualification and relevant experience are preferred.

Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant with British Sign Language (BSL) skills looking to make a meaningful difference in the classroom?

We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic BSL Teaching Assistant to support pupils with hearing impairments at a welcoming school in the Southfields area. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential within an inclusive educational environment.

The Role

As a BSL Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide classroom support to pupils who use British Sign Language (BSL).

The Ideal Candidate
