Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking a Learning Support Worker with BSL skills to support a hearing-impaired pupil in a Sunderland primary school. The role focuses on effective communication and tailored support to help the pupil engage academically and socially.

You will work with teachers and the SEND team to foster an inclusive environment, building resilience and positive relationships with peers. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with weekly PAYE pay and ongoing

We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Sunderland that is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker with BSL skills to support a hearing-impaired pupil. This role is about much more than classroom support. It’s about helping a young learner feel confident, included, and able to fully engage in school life through effective communication and tailored support.
