Protocol Education Limited is recruiting for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Barking & Dagenham. You will support pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis, working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to help pupils access learning and thrive in mainstream primary schools.
The role is full-time, with ongoing safeguarding checks and a commitment to continuity for pupils.
Due to an increase in SEN needs across our mainstream schools in Barking & Dagenham, we are currently recruiting for experienced and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidates will have previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and will be confident working with pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
You will play an important role in supporting pupils both academically and pastorally, working alongside class teachers and SENCOs to ensure children receive the individual support they need to thrive within the classroom.
