Job summary

Protocol Education are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Barking on a full-time basis. You will support children with special educational needs, helping them access activities and develop independence within the classroom.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, close collaboration with teachers and the SEN team, and duties focused on behaviour, communication and emotional regulation to help pupils reach their potential.

Protocol Education are currently looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Barking on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children with additional needs and wants to make a real difference to their learning and development.

The role:

• Full-time position within a primary school in Barking.
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and/or small-group basis.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team to support pupils' learning and development.
• Helping pupils to access classroom activities and build their confidence and independence.
• Supporting with behaviour, communication and emotional regulation where required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
