Job summary

TimePlan Education is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant for a supportive secondary special-school environment in Aylesbury. You will work with students aged 11-17 with complex needs, providing learning and pastoral support both in class and across the school.

The role focuses on helping students access the curriculum, develop communication and social skills, and grow independence. Experience in SEN is desirable; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.

• Assist with personal care where required while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school policies.
