TeacherActive is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils at an all-age special school in the Solihull area. This role is on a day-to-day basis with potential for longer-term work, supporting learners with Moderate Learning Difficulties and Autism across different age groups.

You will help pupils access a broad and balanced curriculum, build confidence, and contribute to their learning, wellbeing and development.

Formación

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Experience supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties and/or Autism.
• Confidence working with pupils across different age groups.
• Ability to adapt support to meet individual learning needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils across different age groups and SEND needs.
• Help pupils access a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Provide personalised support to learners and contribute to their learning, wellbeing and development.
• Maintain a patient and adaptable approach while working with colleagues and teachers.
