Job summary

Floreat Wandsworth Primary School, part of GLF Schools, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support young learners, helping to enhance their learning and nurture social and emotional development. This maternity-cover role offers CPPD opportunities and a collaborative team.

You will work with pupils in 1:1 and group settings, bring a calm, positive approach, and contribute to an inclusive learning environment across our growing cluster of primary schools.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with SEN is preferred but not essential.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to engage with both 1:1 and group settings.
• Positive, calm approach to manage pupils and support learning.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and social development of pupils.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners.
• Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
