Prospero Teaching are working with a specialist SEN school in Billingshurst, West Sussex, seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for both short-term and long-term placements. You will support learners with SEN and Physical Disabilities, helping them to access learning and reach individual goals.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for education, be team-players and able to build positive relationships with students.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in education, care, youth work or support work desirable.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
