Randstad UK in Billingshurst is seeking a compassionate Cover Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school environment. You\'ll work alongside teachers to create a safe, inclusive space where pupils receive academic, emotional, and social support.

This ad-hoc role offers flexible hours to fit around your schedule. Requirements include eligibility to work in the UK, DBS update service, 3-6 months experience with SEN, GCSE English & Maths grade 4/C or above.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check on update service or willing to undergo one.
• 3–6 months of proven experience working with students with SEN.
• GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C or above.

We're looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit SEN school team in Billingshurst.

In this role, no two days are the same. Working alongside our dedicated teachers, you'll help create a safe, inclusive environment where every student feels supported - academically, emotionally, and socially.

Working Hours: 9 - 3:30

Requirements:

Have full eligibility to work in the UK -

sponsorship is not offered in this role.

Drivers preferred due to remote location.

Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths GCSE.

Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willing to undergo one.

3-6 months of proven experience working alongside students with special educational needs.
