Job summary

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Billingshurst, West Sussex. The Learning Support Assistant will help FE students with SEN and Physical Difficulties access education in a nurturing environment.

Role is available on short-term and long-term placements, full-time or part-time, during school hours. You will engage with students, build relationships, and celebrate each student’s progress as they grow.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred).
• A positive and supportive approach.
• Excellent reliability and attendance.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.

Learning Support Assistant

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Billingshurst, West Sussex. The school supports Further Education (FE) students with SEN and Physical Difficulties and is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team on both short-term and long-term assignments.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with children and young people with a range of additional needs, helping them to access their education and reach their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.
