Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in Castle Bromwich and surrounding areas.

Roles include day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments across primary and secondary settings. You will work closely with teachers and SEND teams to provide tailored support for pupils with ASC, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, SEMH, and MLD, helping create an inclusive learning environment and positive outcomes for

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people, ideally SEN.
• Experience in classroom, care, youth work or similar settings desirable.
• Patient, caring, and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to form positive relationships.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusion and positive outcomes.
