Qualifications

• Must hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
• Ability to provide two professional reference emails.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, including autism and complex needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs.
• Implement behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist teachers in planning and adapting lessons.
• Foster emotional regulation, resilience and confidence.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.
