Job summary

Empowering Learning in Orpington, London, is seeking a Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs (SEN) to support students with autism and SEMH. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help create an inclusive learning environment.

In this full-time role you will provide one-to-one and group support, assist with IEPs and BSPs, and contribute to a nurturing educational journey while benefiting from CPD opportunities and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
