Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for day-to-day and short-term supply across Kingston primary schools (EYFS–KS2). Daily rate £90–£110 with weekly PAYE. You’ll work on a flexible schedule, gain broad SEN experience, and have access to ongoing CPD and dedicated consultant support from Tradewind.

We have regular demand for SEN TAs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs both within the classroom and through targeted 1:1 or small-group support. You may be supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication and language needs or other additional learning needs.
