Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support partner schools across Northampton and surrounding areas. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support, helping pupils access learning and develop confidence.

Experience in SEN is beneficial but not required, with training and support available. Roles are flexible, ranging from short-term supply to longer-term positions, and you will work with a dedicated consultant to fit your availability and skills.

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support our partner schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas.Whether you already have experience supporting children with additional needs or you're looking to take your first step into SEN education, we have opportunities to suit a range of backgrounds and experience levels.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers and school staff to provide additional support to pupils who may have a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, communication needs and complex needs.Your role could involve providing one-to-one or small-group support, helping pupils access their learning, encouraging positive behaviour, supporting communication and helping students develop their confidence and independence.
