Job summary

Acorns Primary School in Preston is seeking a committed teaching assistant for its complex needs class. The role is part-time, term-time only, 6 hours per day across four days, with one longer day as needed.

Applicants should be capable of personal care and working within a team, with training provided as required. Applicants must have an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Health & Social Care and experience with SEN.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Childcare/Health & Social Care.
• Experience of working or caring for children with SEN.
• Desirable: experience of working within a SEN environment.
