Job summary

EDU Passport LLC in Barking is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming primary school on a full-time basis. This role focuses on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small-group basis to enhance learning and development.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to help pupils access classroom activities, build confidence and independence, and support behaviour, communication and emotional regulation where required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children with SEN.
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs within a school or educational setting.
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Someone confident providing 1:1 and small-group support.

Responsibilities
