Job summary

Protocol Education are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hatfield. This role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, helping with learning, communication and social development, and working with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual strategies.

The successful candidate will help create a calm, inclusive classroom, support pupils' confidence and wellbeing, and assist with day-to-day

  • Has experience working with children, ideally within a school or SEN setting.
  • Patient, empathetic and nurturing.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Full-time | September start | Competitive daily rate

Protocol Education are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hatfield.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
