Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, supporting pupils across primary and secondary ages. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an ASAP start and potential permanent placement after a successful temporary period.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN, ASD or ADHD is desirable.
• Experience supporting pupils across both primary and secondary age ranges is beneficial.
• Ability to follow individual support plans and school policies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and additional SEN needs.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
• Helping pupils engage with learning and classroom activities.
