Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-9 are essential.
• Interest in SEN and working with SEND children across the curriculum.
• Experience or interest in supporting learning activities and pupil progress.
• Ability to work as part of a team with teachers and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for learning activities across the curriculum.
• Assist with preparation of resources and learning environment.
• Support pupil safety and care during activities and transitions.
• Help develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Assist in implementing behaviour strategies and promoting inclusion.
• Support in therapies and communication support as required.
• Assist with off-site activities and school transport safety.
• Communicate with parents and carers via Class Dojo and meetings.
