Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
• Ability to work as part of a multi-professional team
• Willingness to undertake training and development as part of the apprenticeship

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-professional team to meet the needs of pupils and students attending Villa Real School
• Support pupils with educational programmes and participate in assessments and reviews
• Assist with eating and feeding, communication targets, moving and handling plans, and behaviour management as directed by the teacher
• Supervise pupils during breaks and participate in school-based and external professional development
• Carry out duties to support the smooth running of the classroom and school as directed by senior staff
