Job summary

You will work under the SENCO guidance to support pupils with SEND or language needs, help prepare resources, and monitor progress. The 16‑month program starts soon and training is provided by LMP Education.

Qualifications

• Becoming a Teaching Assistant Level 3 apprentice with online/remote learning.
• Support pupils with SEN or English as an additional language.
• Train under supervision to support classroom delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals or small groups of pupils in class.
• Support pupils with SEN or language needs.
• Implement planned activities under SENCO guidance.
• Help monitor and record pupil progress and learning outcomes.
• Prepare and clear away classroom materials and displays; manage learning areas.
• Engage with parents to support pupil learning.
