Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in London is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in a warm SEN School in Haringey. The role involves working with pupils with SEMH and complex behaviour needs, delivering 1:1 or small group support, and collaborating with teachers to tailor learning activities.

Experience with core subjects within the National Curriculum is preferred, along with knowledge of behaviour support techniques, a caring nature, and excellent verbal and written

Qualifications

• Experience supporting core subjects within The National Curriculum
• Knowledge of Behaviour Support Techniques
• A caring and supportive nature
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
• Additional Training (Would come as an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEMH and Complex Behaviour Needs
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and learning
• Collaborate with Class Teachers to differentiate learning for learners
• Provide engaging support and activities to the class and pupils
