Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm SEN School in Haringey. You will support pupils with SEMH and complex behaviour, working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and learning.

Collaboration with class teachers to differentiate learning and provide engaging activities is essential. The role starts September 2026 with full-time hours and a daily rate of 100–125 GBP, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting core subjects within The National Curriculum
• Knowledge of Behaviour Support Techniques
• A caring and supportive nature
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
• Additional Training (Would come as an advantage)

• Support pupils with SEMH and Complex Behaviour Needs
