Job summary

Academics are recruiting on behalf of a residential SEN school in Andover, catering to 11–19 year olds with Autism and related needs. The role is a full-time supply contract starting in September, with a rural location that benefits from a driver. Hours are term-time only, at £14.24 per hour.

You will work with pupils in small groups or 1:1, supporting individualized learning plans while building positive relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above.
• Experience in SEN is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis across the school.
• Assist the teacher to meet individual learning and care plans.
