Vision for Education in Wisbech is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs in a mainstream classroom. You will help children access learning, build confidence and thrive with consistent assistance from September 2026.
You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets, adapt activities to individual needs, and promote emotional regulation, independence and positive social interaction in a supportive school

This role involves supporting children with additional needs, providing consistent one-on-one assistance to help them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in a mainstream classroom environment.

Salary£93 to £105 per day
