TLTP Education in Redbridge is seeking an experienced SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs, predominantly ASD, within a mainstream primary setting’s alternative provision. The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group support to develop confidence and relationships.
You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to create a calm, structured learning environment, adapting approaches to meet individual needs and supporting emotional regulation.
