We are working for a Primary School in Stafford who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years and Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a vibrant primary school environment.
You will work on a one to one basis with a Reception child with Autism and is non verbal. You will work closely with class teachers to support and help this pupil to ensure they have the right provisions in place and is supporting during lessons to ensure they achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
Our school is a welcoming and inclusive environment with a strong community ethos. While the role is not based within a designated SEN provision, the school has a significant number of pupils with additional needs, so experience and confidence in supporting SEN is essential.
