Monarch Education is recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years and Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to support a Reception child with Autism in a Stafford primary school. You will work closely with class teachers to ensure personalised learning provisions and enable participation in lessons.

The role offers the opportunity to develop SEN expertise, with a focus on safeguarding and inclusive practice, within a supportive school environment and a friendly Monarch Education team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, including Autism.
• Ability to support in EYFS and KS1 learning environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-class support to EYFS and KS1 pupils.
• Deliver 1:1 support for a Reception child with Autism.
• Assist with planning, prep and classroom organisation.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs and behaviour.
