Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Slough for an immediate, long-term position. You will support pupils with SEND, work with teachers, and help develop independence and confidence throughout the school day.

The role offers a daily rate of £100 PAYE, with ongoing support from the agency and opportunities for professional development within a welcoming three-form entry primary school.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with SEND experience.
• Patient, nurturing and proactive approach to support pupils.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.

Pay: £100 per day PAYE

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Slough? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming three-form entry primary school seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children with additional needs and wants to make a meaningful difference to their learning, development and confidence. You will work closely with class teachers and the wider inclusion team to help pupils access learning, develop independence and feel supported throughout the school day. The school offers the opportunity to work within an established primary setting alongside a team committed to supporting pupils with a range of needs. The role would suit someone with previous SEND experience who can build positive relationships and adapt their approach to meet individual needs.
