SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Location: Various schools across Salisbury
Start Date: Term 6 OR September 2025
Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive schools across the area. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them learn in ways that work best for them

  • Creating a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and confident

  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to build strong, trusting relationships

  • Using your empathy and creativity to turn challenges into moments of growth and connection
