Our client, a caring and well-resourced special needs school based in Witney, Oxford, is looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team. Multiple full-time permanent positions are available, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting children with special educational needs to thrive in a nurturing and structured environment.
About the Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties
Working closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to implement tailored learning plans
Providing 1:1 and small group support, both in and outside the classroom
Assisting with personal care and promoting independence where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
