TeacherActive is recruiting a Teaching Assistant in the Oxford area for a SEND provision. This role involves supporting pupils across primary and secondary ages, managing behaviour positively and stepping in as a Cover Supervisor when required.
The successful candidate will have SEMH experience, prior TA experience in schools or similar settings, and a proactive, energetic approach with strong communication skills.

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with additional day-to-day opportunities available. The successful Teaching Assistant will support pupils across both primary and secondary age groups, providing classroom support, managing behaviour positively and confidently covering lessons when required as a Cover Supervisor.
