Position: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Contract Type: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Lutterworth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with SEN.
2. Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons and activities.
3. Support students in engaging with the curriculum and overcoming learning barriers.
4. Monitor and track student progress, adapting support as needed.
5. Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
6. Offer emotional and behavioural support to students when required.
7. Collaborate with the SENCO and school staff to implement strategies for student success.

1. Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
