Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Bedford
Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Term time only

This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants who want to:

Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with varying SEN needs, both in and out of the classroom
* Foster positive relationships and encourage pupil engagement
* Implement behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education or care)
* Strong behaviour management and a calm, adaptable approach
* (Desirable) CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
