Job summary

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team in Lambeth. The role is full-time, working across Key Stage 1 and 2 to support children with SEN.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, in partnership with teachers and the SENCO, delivering targeted interventions and promoting positive behaviour.

SEN Teaching Assistant required in Lambeth

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN TA looking for a rewarding full-time role in Lewisham?

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their expanding support team.

This exciting SEN Teaching Assistant job in Lambethwill see you supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, Global Development Delay and Social Communication Needs.

The school is a 2-form entry primary school with excellent facilities and a highly experienced SEND team. Due to continued growth in pupil numbers and additional funding, they are looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant in Lambethwho can provide consistent support and make a real difference.

The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Lambeth, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO
