Job summary

Aspire People are partnering with a Hinckley school to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, with a start date within the next month and a daily rate of £100-£105.

You may come from education or related backgrounds, DBS checks will be needed, and the team will support your development. The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Hinckley

Location: Hinckley


Start Date: Within the next month


Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time


Pay: £100-£105 per day


Aspire People are working in partnership with a school in Hinckley and are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their education and development.


We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may already have experience working in education, but this isn't essential. Perhaps you've worked as a sports coach, run children's clubs, supported young people through music or activities, or have experience in childcare. If you have a strong understanding of how to engage and support children, we'd love to hear from you.


The successful candidate will ideally have:


  • Previous experience working with children or young people

  • A patient, caring and supportive approach

  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs

  • A current DBS, or be willing to apply for one

  • A relevant qualification involving children or young people would be an advantage
