Job summary

Aspire People are partnering with a school in Hinckley to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. Location is Hinckley, with a full-time, Monday–Friday pattern and a daily pay rate of £100-£105. Start date available within the next month.

You will support pupils with additional needs and contribute to a positive learning environment under Aspire People’s guidance. The role welcomes candidates from varied backgrounds; prior education experience is not essential, but a caring, patient approach

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Patient, caring and supportive approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Current DBS, or willingness to apply for one.
• A relevant qualification involving children or young people would be an advantage.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time

Pay: £100-£105 per day

Aspire People are working in partnership with a school in Hinckley and are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their education and development.

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You may already have experience working in education, but this isn't essential. Perhaps you've worked as a sports coach, run children's clubs, supported young people through music or activities, or have experience in childcare. If you have a strong understanding of how to engage and support children, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
