About the Role:

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Aspire People seeks a dedicated SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hinckley. This full-time position offers a daily rate of £90-£105, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), especially those with SEN.
  2. Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
  3. Provide one-to-one and small group support to foster academic and social development.
  4. Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
  5. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to monitor and adapt support as needed.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Experience working in the UK as an EYFS or SEN teaching assistant.
  2. Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred).
  3. Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
  4. Passion for supporting children's individual needs.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
Additional Information:
